The hotel room was very disappointing as it was old-fashioned, dirty, and poorly maintained. The bathroom was disgusting with various issues like a clogged toilet and a leaking shower. On the positive side, the room had enough space for our group of three.

My stay at the hotel had mixed impressions. The rooms were not as clean and comfortable as I had hoped; the strong smell affected my allergies more than once during my 7-day stay. However, the service, especially from Gokhan, was nice and helpful. The location was perfect, near the metro and Taksim Square, but the noise from drunk people outside was disturbing at times. The dining experience was okay, with good variety but lacking fruits. Facilities were decent overall.
